1. It is highly recommended to hire a private bartender and a server if you are expecting to have over 15-20 guests.
2. Having uniformed servers and bartenders tending to every attribute of your event will put your mind at ease and amaze your guests.
3. Over-pouring by guests is common when alcohol is self-served, however, bartending service can be used to help prevent unnecessary spillage and overuse of alcohol.
4. You will impress your guests by being able to serve them with their favorite mixed drinks, such as, Martinis, Sours, Long-Island Iced Teas, Cosmopolitans, Kamikazes, Margaritas, Collins etc.
5. Your guests will be astounded when a server is passing beautifully garnished hors d’oeurvres on a sparkling tray.
6. You can maximize your time with your guests when there is a private bartender on duty. He/she can help manage alcohol, ice, cups, garnishes, and all other bar ingredients.
7. The servers can be sure that the buffet area is always neat and clean and the platters are full. Walking around to pick up soiled napkins, empty glasses or dirty dishes is something that will happen throughout the event.
8. Private waiters and/or waitresses can help you with setting up the tables, serving the food and keeping your guests’ glasses full. At the end, they will help you put away any food that is remaining, assist with the clean up including doing the dishes and be sure the trash is emptied.
