Catherine Pollock acquired ownership of Professional Wait Service in 2010. Having been with Professional Wait Service since 1996, she brings both experience and understanding to serve you in your professional wait service needs. Knowing full well the importance of having a dependable Front & Back of the House staff at each and every event.

Professional Wait Service was established by Lisette Biron in 1986 with the goal of supplying wait people to the hotels affected by the lack of experienced servers. Professional Wait Service grew into a well-established business in the New England area and continues to thrive.
Our purpose is to exceed the expectations of our clients. We pride ourselves on being capable of satisfying, and thus retaining, our clients. Referrals are our lifeblood because once you have us assist you with an event you will wonder why you didn't have us there from day one at every gathering you have hosted or attended.
About Catherine Pollock
Catherine Pollock is the proud mother of two beautiful young boys. She has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. She has worked in every aspect of the business including, but not limited to: managing, captain, serving, tending bar, cashier, and banquet serving. She understands that being in this industry is a challenging and fast-paced adventure that she thrives on.
She has been in the professional world as an office manager for many years. She is also pursuing her master's degree in business administration. She is ready to surpass your expectations!
